XS650 Zero Stretch Frame

The end all be all XS650 chopper frame. Our frames are stretched up in the front two inches while retaining the stock rear end length. Our frames sit a few inches lower than the stock ride height for that perfect chopper stance.

These XS frames can be customized to best fit your build. We can build them using an HD style neck allowing you to run and HD front end or springer. They can also be built using an XS style neck or send us your neck to build from and retain your original VIN number.

All frames built with a neck that we supply will include a stamped VIN and MCO.

Our frames are built using made in America .120 wall steel tubing and CNC’ed flat stock parts. These frames are fully TIG welded and built on a professional frame jig.

All frame orders are paid in full before production begins. Once complete you will receive a separate invoice for shipping. Frame builds take 3-4 weeks to complete.
